India is a very large country. The culture of India is different in different state. There are different languages in different state. Some people of the world feel Hindu is a religion. But Hindu is not a religion. Hindu is a Geographical Identity. The people present in Indian Sub-Continent are called Hindu. At the ancient time the Geographical area of India is different than today. The people present in the area between Iran and Indonesia are Hindu. Please read my Article Sanatana Dharma for Details. Link of the Post is here-  https://jaysanatana.blogspot.com/2021/03/sanatana-dharma.html

The word Sanatana means which has no starting and no ending, which is permanent and always true. The word no starting is called Anadi in Sanskrit and the word no ending is called Ananta in Sanskrit. The word Dharma literally means Duty and Characteristics. There is difference between the word Dharma and Religion. Religion has a Founder.  Dharma has no Founder because it means Duty and Characteristics. Dharma is same for all. There is no any Concept of Religion in Indian Society. The religious people follow the teachings and ideology of their Founder.  But Hindu is a geographical identity, it has no founder we do not follow ideology of any person. We Hindu are free mindset people. We Hindu have different philosophy. The Philosophy of every Hindu may be different and may be same.  There is some traditional Philosophical Book in Sanskrit.
